What you will find in your inner-garden is only what you have planted.
Taylor Blossom, M.S. is a Mindful Mental Health Guide based in Washington, D.C.
When Taylor is not assisting people with navigating their inner gardens, she is likely tending to her own. Some of her favorite ways to do so are through meditation, watching a really good show, traveling, practicing yoga, reading a book, spending time in and around love, or watering her (14!!) plants.
Scope of Work:
Taylor's work as a Mental Health and Mindfulness Practitioner focuses on providing relevant and accessible mental health resources for individuals, groups, and companies looking to facilitate their own growth and optimize their wellbeing for the good of our global community.
She is also the Host and Producer of the weekly wellbeing podcast The Blossom Pod. Every Monday, Taylor applies her fun and accessible approach to different mental health teachings as a way to provide listeners with insight into how we can liberate ourselves from the range of suffering that we experience regularly.
She received her B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University (2015) and her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University shortly after (2019).
In addition to her traditional training, Taylor also relies on a holistic wellness framework, and her Buddhist practice to support her work, with her clients. Since she acknowledges her influences as eclectic, her chosen therapeutic approach is humanistic which encourages her to always see a person seeking service first and the theoretical modality that may be helpful for them second.
